Also the Canon 24-70 2.8 II is way out of my budget. For the Sigma 24-70 F2.8 has not so good reviews (especially regarding sharpness at 2.8). So I would think that this can be left outside of the 3. What I'm most interested is the comparison between the Canon 24-70 F4 and the Sigma 24-105 F4.

Rounded blades, often only found on more expensive lenses, improve the appearance of the out-of-focus areas.
The 24-105 f4 RF maybe a mini van lens. From what I see the RF version is better than the EF version. The 24-70 f2.8 is over 2x the cost of the 24-105 f4. I would expect anything that costs over 2.x the cost to be better. I would expect a $45K mini van to be much nicer than a $25K mini van. Depends on your budget and income and needs/wants.
