Oh its really easy then! Open your files for the game and literally delete all the files in the main directory. Then try to start the game and the game will obviously not start. But then Steam will take some time to put all the files back for you resetting its cloud. If you dont want to do that there is a way to specifically look for your save

I'm pretty sure this problem has to do with the photos. I noticed if right before you save, if you delete every picture you taken in your picture viewer, it saves
