In-game, as the other poster said, go to the Map Screen and press Up on the D-pad until you have filtered to My Photos. Then find the point on the map where you took a photo. This system is clunky as hell. The photos appear to be stored on Ubisoft servers, as I can't find any of them in the Pictures folder.
