ICEhancer 3.0 Aqua Blue revision. This is an edited version of iCEnhancer 3.0 by me. Its main goal is to improve GTAIV's visuals. It only supports version 1.0.7 and later (best with the Complete Edition). Actually, I don't know if it works well on version 1.0.7 or 1.0.8, so just let me know if it does. I never tested EFLC.
